During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing us to easily stay connected and share our beautiful moments with our friends and family. The breakfast provided a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste. the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was situated close to key attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the surrounding area.
the rooms were outdated and could definitely use some renovation. The furniture and decor were old and worn out, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean.
The hotel carpeting was very dirty, rooms, halls and lobby. A bit of refreshing would help to make the hotel more inviting.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, with competitive prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just down the street from so many of Niagara Falls' top attractions. Being in such close proximity to the falls is a huge plus for anyone visiting the area. The service provided by the staff is commendable and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms, apart from the old heating system, are clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel is a great way to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls. the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions on Clifton Hill. We were also close to many Niagara attractions, allowing us to explore easily. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and had a great view from our room. Plus, there was a pizza place just 15 minutes away that we loved!
The lobby was a bit warm and unconditioned during check-in.

I originally liked the price but after taxes and other fees, it wasnt much cheaper than some of the nicer hotels closer to the casino. I like the free parking.
The hotel is very dirty, the rooms are small, the beds need to be replaced, the bathrooms need to be upgraded, the entire hotel needs to be gutted and revamped as there are stains everywhere.

Room was freezing, we wernt aware there was no morning breakfast on the site it said there was, there was no pool like featured. Just horrible. I will neve go here again. And your "staff" is poor. For the ammount of money i paid to stay here i should have included what wasnt.
